Questions groups ask

How many people can stay near Coors Field?

Up to 50 guests with RiNo Compound (two neighboring homes). RiNo Party Palace and Sunnyside Compound sleep up to 30, Red Rocks Artist Retreat sleeps up to 25, and Vibe City RiNo Escape and RiNo Villa sleep up to 20. We match the house to your headcount.

Do you sell tickets?

No. You bring the tickets. We handle the house, the ride and the food.

How does the group get to the venue?

A private chauffeured van seats 12 or 15. It is $149.99 per hour plus 20% driver gratuity, with a 6-hour daily minimum that can be split into two 3-hour trips.

How long is the minimum stay?

Weekend stays typically require 3 nights and 12 guests. Exceptions are possible, so ask us about your dates.

Can a private chef cook at the house?

Yes. Culinary Parties brings a private chef to the house for a tailgate, BBQ, pizza party or dinner. Tell us the headcount and the day.

Who is the responsible renter?

The responsible renter must be 21 or older with a valid ID.
