How much does an All-American BBQ party cost?
Full BBQ packages start at $169/person for 12–24 guests ($2,200 minimum), $99/person for 25–49 guests ($2,475 minimum), $79/person for 50–99 guests ($3,950 minimum) and $65/person for 100+ guests ($6,500 minimum). The Cookout Station starts at
$55/person for 40+ guests ($2,200 minimum).
Per-person pricing applies to your guest count,
subject to the listed minimum. Premium selections,
add-ons and applicable travel fees are extra.
Alcohol is not included.
What's different about the $55 Cookout Station?
The Cookout Station includes a grill chef, 2 classic mains,
2 sides, bartender, setup and cleanup for groups of 40 or more.
Our full BBQ packages include 2 mains, 3 appetizers or sides,
1 dessert, live grill and smoker chef, bartender,
keg equipment and local pickup and return,
games and a Bose PA system.
Alcohol is purchased separately.
Is a bartender included? What about alcohol?
Bartender service is included in every package.
Alcohol is not included. Full BBQ packages also include
a jockey box kegerator and local craft keg pickup and return.
Add the Dry Bar package for mixers, garnishes, ice,
cups, bar tools and a custom cocktail and mocktail menu;
you supply the alcohol.
Can we get brisket or ribs?
Absolutely. Slow-Smoked Brisket and St. Louis Ribs
are premium mains, listed at +$10/person.
Wagyu Smash Burgers and Steak + Veggie Kabobs
are also premium options. We'll confirm your selections
and upgrade pricing in your quote.
Do you offer vegetarian options or accommodate dietary needs?
Artisanal Veggie Burgers are one of our classic mains.
Share allergies and dietary preferences before booking
so our culinary team can discuss suitable options for your group.
Do we need to stay at an Experience Guide property?
No. You can host at your place or an approved off-site location.
Tell us what you have in mind, including tailgates,
Red Rocks plans, offices or rentals, so we can confirm
the location and setup requirements. Travel fees may
apply outside Denver County, excluding Experience Guide properties.
Can we book a house and stay overnight?
Yes. Choose from our Denver and Evergreen properties
and combined-home options, with overnight capacities
of up to 20–50 guests depending on the property.
Listed lodging rates begin at $1,850/night and lodging
is booked separately. Share your dates and headcount
to confirm availability, stay requirements and pricing.
Can you help with transportation?
Yes. Chauffeured shuttle van service is $149/hour
with a 6-hour minimum. We also offer self-drive
Tesla Model Y options from $150/day and chauffeured
Tesla service at $99/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
How long is the experience?
Plan for approximately 4–5 hours, including setup,
service and cleanup. We'll coordinate the schedule
with you as part of planning your event.
