👨‍✈️ Hourly, half-day, or full-day private charter service is available for $120/hour. Vehicles include a professional driver/chauffeur, cooler rental, ice, and a bottle of champagne.

•Minimum stay of 3-nights is required on weekends.

💵 OCCUPANCY-BASED RATES

Rates are based on occupancy.

👉 The reservation should accurately reflect the total number of people who will be entering the property.

Tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the house, and on the front porch.

👉 Additional fees will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken.

✔️ REQUIREMENTS

•Responsible party must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.

•Must have valid credit/debit card which matches the name on the ID.

•Additional guests who enter the property but are unaccounted for on the reservation are subject to a fee of up to $250/person per occurrence.
