Unique and spacious layout provides ultimate comfort and privacy:

• Main level has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining ballroom, and one Master Suite with king Murphy bed and en-suite full bathroom.
• 2nd level has three (3) Master Suites, each with Queen beds and en-suite full bathrooms.
• 3rd level (penthouse) has Queen bed, two full-size floor mattresses, en-suite full bathroom, kitchenette, and walkout balcony.
• Lower level has a 1bd/1ba apartment suite with a separate entrance around back. This unit has a full kitchen, living room and full bathroom.

ACCESSIBILITY

Guests will have access to the full property. This house is not handicap accessible.

CHECKING IN

Check in time is 4:00pm. A valid, government-issued ID is required upon check in. Your Personal Concierge will welcome you at the house, give you a tour of the property, handoff the keys, and then leave you to your privacy. By renting the house, guests accept full responsibility for all property and assets within the house during your stay.

LOCATION

This home is located in Denver’s Central Business District, in between the RiNo Art District and LoDo/Ballpark Neighborhoods.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Our guests receive exclusive access to our 12-passenger Stretch Limo and 14-passenger Shuttle Van. Hourly, half-day, or full-day rentals are available, starting at $95/hour. Limo includes a professional driver/chauffeur.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Check out time is 11:00am. Minimum stay of 3 nights is required on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Rates are based on occupancy, so reservation will need to reflect the total number of people who will be entering the property.

RULES

This is a cannabis-friendly home, so we allow guests to smoke pipes, bongs, or vaporizers as long as it’s not causing any disturbance to the neighbors or damaging any of the furniture. Tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the house, an on the front porch. No pets allowed. We kindly ask that shoes are removed before entering the house. Please be advised that additional fees will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsible party must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID. Must have valid credit/debit card which matches the name on the ID.
