Yes. Lodging is the foundation of every booking, so your whole group stays together under one roof.

How much does a birthday weekend cost?

From about $69 per guest per night on select stays. Rates vary by house, dates, season, length of stay and group size. Pay in full and save 10% on eligible lodging (promo code PIF10).

How many overnight guests can your homes fit?

Our houses sleep 20 to 30 each. For bigger groups, book RiNo Party Palace and RiNo Villa together as the RiNo Compound for up to 50.

Can extra guests come who aren’t staying overnight?

Often, yes. Daytime limits vary by house and must be approved ahead of time.

Can I book for just one night?

Most houses have a three-night minimum on peak weekends. Shorter stays are sometimes possible; text (303) 323-1039 to check.

Do you offer chauffeured transportation?

Yes. Our in-house shuttle van service handles dinner, nightlife, airport runs and Red Rocks.

Can you provide a private chef or bartender?

Yes. Our in-house culinary team runs themed private chef parties like the Ultimate Pizza Party or Baller Brunch. Bartenders are available where applicable.

Can you set up birthday decorations?

Yes. Our party-planning team can have décor set up before you arrive. It’s an optional add-on.

Can we bring our own food, drinks and décor?

Absolutely.

Are the homes good for kids and families?

Yes. We host plenty of family birthdays and reunions. The person booking must be 21+, and our terms apply. See kids birthday parties.

What activities can you arrange?

Our party planners can set up Signature Experiences, mountain trips, Red Rocks lot parties, tailgating and more.

How far ahead should I book?

Earlier is better, especially for summer, holiday and big-event weekends. Last-minute openings happen too, so it’s always worth asking.

Can I tour a house before booking?

Often, yes, in person or virtually. You can also watch walkthrough videos.
