Where can we host a corporate retreat with Experience Guide?
Choose from our private group houses in Denver or Red Rocks Artist Retreat in Evergreen. We’ll help match the location and layout to your team’s goals.
Is the house included in our retreat proposal?
Yes. Your retreat proposal includes the house for the selected stay and identifies the food, transportation, and other services included in your package.
How many people can stay overnight?
Individual homes sleep up to 20 or 30 guests, depending on the property. RiNo Compound combines two neighboring homes for up to 50 overnight guests. These are maximum sleeping capacities, not private-bedroom counts.
Can every attendee have a private bedroom?
That depends on your headcount and chosen property. Our individual homes have four or six bedrooms. Tell us your rooming requirements first so we can recommend a suitable home or combination of homes.
Can colleagues join for the day without staying overnight?
Share both your total attendee count and overnight guest count. Day attendance must be approved for the selected property, and the meeting layout needs to suit the number of people attending each session.
Are meeting seating, screens, and Wi-Fi available?
Features and layouts vary by house. Tell us your seating, presentation, and connectivity requirements. We’ll confirm the available setup and any additional needs before you book.
Do you handle food and transportation in-house?
Yes. Our culinary team, transportation team, and coordinators work together on your retreat. Your proposal confirms the services and schedule selected for your group.
Can we customize meals for dietary needs?
Share allergies, dietary restrictions, and menu preferences early with our culinary team. We’ll discuss suitable options and confirm what can be accommodated before finalizing your menu.
Can you arrange airport pickups and group outings?
Our in-house transportation team can help plan pickups and outings. Share flight times, guest counts, luggage needs, and destinations so the proposal can include the right vehicles and schedule.
What team-building experiences can we add?

How much does a corporate retreat cost?
The cost depends on your house, dates, length of stay, headcount, meals, and selected services. Request a retreat proposal with your target budget so we can build a clear package that includes the house.
Are taxes, fees, and gratuity included?
Taxes and fees are generally included in your quoted package. Gratuity is not included, is never required, and is always optional.
Can we book a midweek or shorter retreat?
Ask about midweek retreats and share your preferred number of nights. Minimum stays and shorter-stay availability depend on the property, dates, and booking calendar.
