A private house for your whole group from our Denver group lodging. Our in-house shuttle vans, chefs and party planners are optional add-ons.

Do holiday party packages include overnight lodging?

Yes. Lodging is the foundation of every booking, so your whole group stays together under one roof.

How much does a holiday party weekend cost?

From about $69 per guest per night on select stays. Rates vary by house, dates, season, length of stay and group size. Higher rates may apply on holidays. Pay in full and save 10% on eligible lodging (promo code PIF10).

How many overnight guests can your homes fit?

Our houses sleep 20 to 30 each. For bigger groups, book RiNo Party Palace and RiNo Villa together as the RiNo Compound for up to 50.

Is this an event space rental?

No. We're an overnight lodging provider. Our homes are designed for large group parties, and lodging is included, so your group celebrates and stays in the same place.

Can extra guests come just for the party?

Often, yes. Daytime limits vary by house and must be approved ahead of time.

Can I book for just one night?

Most houses have a three-night minimum on peak weekends. Shorter stays are sometimes possible; text (303) 323-1039 to check.

Can you host a company holiday party?

Yes. A private house gives your team room to eat, play and stay over. See corporate and team retreats.

Do you offer chauffeured transportation?

Yes. Our in-house shuttle van service handles dinner, nightlife and airport runs.

Can you provide a private chef or bartender?

Yes. Our in-house culinary team runs private chef parties at your house, like the Ultimate Pizza Party or Baller Brunch. Bartenders are available where applicable.

Can you decorate the house for the holidays?

Yes. Our party-planning team can have holiday décor set up before you arrive. It’s an optional add-on.

Can we bring our own food, drinks and décor?

Absolutely.

Are the homes good for family holidays?

Yes. Our houses have room for every generation, and we host plenty of family reunions. The person booking must be 21+, and our terms apply.

How far ahead should I book for the holidays?

Earlier is better, especially for holiday weekends. Last-minute openings happen too, so it’s always worth asking.

Can I tour a house before booking?

Often, yes, in person or virtually. You can also watch walkthrough videos.
