Can we host a party or event here?
No. Events are not permitted at this property. For party-friendly lodging, look at RiNo Party Palace or reach out and we will match you with the right home.
Is Modern Sanctuary cannabis-friendly?
Yes, responsible cannabis use is allowed. Tobacco use is not permitted.
How much parking is there?
There is on-site parking for 6 vehicles (4 in the lot and 2 in the gated driveway), plus street parking subject to city restrictions.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM unless arranged in advance. Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before arrival with access details.
Can you arrange a private chef or transportation?
Yes. Our in-house team offers private chef dinners and culinary parties, chauffeured shuttle vans, stocked fridge and bar packages, tailgate upgrades and concierge planning.
Are pets allowed?
