No. We host bands, DJs, producers, content teams, production crews, creators, podcast teams, managers, and group travel crews who need private lodging and flexible creative space.
Is Experience Guide cheaper than hotels?
Often, yes — especially on weekdays. Touring groups usually need multiple hotel rooms, parking, rideshares, lobby hangouts, and food runs. A private group home can be a better value and a better experience.
Can we book just one night?
Sometimes. It depends on the property, date, and season. Artist-friendly weekday stays are the easiest fit for shorter bookings.
Can you host artists playing Red Rocks?
Yes. Red Rocks Artist Retreat is especially strong for performing artists, managers, and crews who want a mountain-vibe retreat near the venue.

Can we bring gear?
Yes, within reason. Let us know what you’re bringing so we can recommend the best property and help think through parking, unloading, and storage.
Is there parking for vans or trailers?
Parking depends on the property and the exact vehicle setup. Tell us about your van, trailer, sprinter, or bus situation before booking so we can guide you correctly.
Can you provide transportation to venues?
Yes. Ask about our in-house fleet of chauffeured vehicles for venue runs, Red Rocks transportation, airport transfers, and group shuttles.
Can we rehearse at the house?
Light acoustic playing and writing sessions are generally easier than full-volume rehearsals. We also have access to an hourly-lockout rehearsal option nearby that may work better for louder sessions.
Can you set up instruments or music gear?
Sometimes. Skyler has a personal collection of instruments and music gear. It is request-based and not guaranteed, but it never hurts to ask early.
Can we film content or music videos?
Yes, with approval and planning. We can discuss mobile backdrop setups, lighting, cameras, and content-friendly spaces depending on the property and the scope of the shoot.
Do you offer food or chef options?
Yes. Experience Guide can help with grocery and beverage pre-stocking, private chef experiences, BBQ-style hangs, brunches, and Culinary Parties™.
Are these party houses?
They are group-friendly homes, not reckless party warehouses. We want crews to have fun, create, and relax while respecting the property, neighbors, and house rules.
