RiNo Compound is our most team-ready setup. It is two connected homes, RiNo Party Palace and RiNo Villa, each set up for a presentation, a working session or a movie night after the agenda.
- Two projector screens: a 120-inch screen in RiNo Party Palace and an 84-inch screen in RiNo Villa. Both are part of RiNo Compound.
- The gear: HD Epson HomeCinema projectors, Polk and Bose speakers and Yamaha HD receivers.
- Conference table: a racetrack conference table in the lower level.
- Extra work table: the ping pong table doubles as a work table for 6 to 8 people.
- Free to borrow: folding tables, folding chairs, canopy tents and other inventory items are available for complimentary rental.

When and where is the AMS Annual Meeting in 2027?

How far are the houses from the Colorado Convention Center?
Our downtown Denver homes are about 2 to 3 miles from the Colorado Convention Center. That covers RiNo Compound, RiNo Party Palace, RiNo Villa, Sunnyside Compound and Vibe City RiNo Escape.
How many people can stay?
RiNo Compound sleeps up to 50. RiNo Party Palace and Sunnyside Compound sleep up to 30. RiNo Villa and Vibe City RiNo Escape sleep up to 20. Tell us your headcount and we will recommend a fit.
Do you own the houses, or are you a booking site?
We own and operate every house on this page. Experience Guide is a Denver group hospitality company, not a broker or a listing site. One team handles your quote and your stay.
Can our team use the house to prepare and present?
Yes. RiNo Compound, our two-home setup for up to 50, has two projector screens (120 inches in RiNo Party Palace and 84 inches in RiNo Villa), each with an HD Epson HomeCinema projector, Polk and Bose speakers and a Yamaha HD receiver. There is also a racetrack conference table in the lower level, and the ping pong table works as a work table for 6 to 8 people. Folding tables and chairs are available for complimentary rental.
Can your vans shuttle our team to the convention center?
Our vans are built for experiences, not as a taxi service. We typically have a 6-hour daily minimum, but depending on the day we can usually split that into two 3-hour blocks within one calendar day, so there is little billable wait time. There are no mileage limits, so back-and-forth rides are fine. If your group just needs a simple point A to point B ride to the venue (about 2 to 3 miles from our downtown homes), an Uber is usually the best choice.
What is the Mobile Adventure Rally?
It is our in-house van experience: half-day and full-day team-building excursions and scavenger hunts for your group, available year-round, including in January.
Can you feed the team?
Yes. Our in-house culinary team can cook private team dinners with customizable menus, and we can stock the kitchen with groceries before you arrive.
Is there a minimum stay for AMS week?
Minimums depend on the house and the dates. We confirm the exact terms in your quote.
Are you affiliated with the AMS?
No. Experience Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the American Meteorological Society or the AMS Annual Meeting. We provide private lodging for teams who attend.
How do I get pricing?

How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. The largest homes go first for busy weeks, and the meeting is in January 2027.
