Denver conference and team lodging

Your whole team. One house in Denver.

In town for a conference, an offsite or a company retreat? Skip the hotel block. Stay together in a private Denver house that sleeps 20 to 50. We own and run every home, our own vans and our own kitchen team, so you deal with one company, not a middleman.

Why a house beats a hotel block

The team that stays together works better together

When 20 people are spread across hotel floors, the best conversations happen in the lobby. Put everyone in one house and that is the whole trip.

Everyone in one place

One address, one group chat, one ride. No chasing people between hotel rooms before the first session.

Real kitchens and shared space

Breakfast together, a team dinner at your own table and room to talk after the day is done.

One company, start to finish

One organizer, one quote and one team that answers. The homes, vans and kitchen team are all ours, so you are not the front desk for your own group.

Not a booking site. Not a broker.

We own the homes. We run the trip.

Experience Guide is a Denver group hospitality company. The houses, the vans and the kitchen team are ours, and the people who answer your call are the people who run them.

Our homes

We own and operate every house on this page. We know the rooms, the beds and the quirks, so what you are quoted is what you get.

Our van fleet

Our in-house vans run half-day and full-day team-building excursions and scavenger hunts for your team. See the Mobile Adventure Rally.

Our culinary team

Our in-house chefs cook for your team in the house, with live-food entertainment, private events and menus built around your group.

  • The gear: HD Epson HomeCinema projectors, Polk and Bose speakers and Yamaha HD receivers.
  • Conference table: a racetrack conference table in the lower level.
  • Extra work table: the ping pong table doubles as a work table for 6 to 8 people.
  • Free to borrow: folding tables, folding chairs, canopy tents and other inventory items are available for complimentary rental.

How teams use the house

Built around your agenda

Every team is different. These are the three ways groups most often use the space.

Conference week

Stay together near the action

Your team is in Denver for a conference. Everyone sleeps in one house, shares breakfast and heads out together. Ask us which home fits your venue.

Company offsite

Plan the days your way

Use the living spaces for working sessions, then switch to dinner, games and the hot tub. We help you pick the right house for your headcount.

Team retreat

Get out of the office

Weekday stays are open, Monday to Thursday. For a change of scenery, ask about Red Rocks Artist Retreat in the mountains. Planning a full offsite? See Corporate & Team Retreats and our company retreat planning guide.

Attending a specific event? See our pages for the AMS Annual Meeting, Jan 10 to 14 and the February conferences (CREOG/APGO and MINEXCHANGE).

Questions

What organizers ask

How many people can stay?

RiNo Compound sleeps up to 50. RiNo Party Palace and Sunnyside Compound sleep up to 30. Red Rocks Artist Retreat sleeps up to 25. RiNo Villa and Vibe City RiNo Escape sleep up to 20. Tell us your headcount and we will recommend a fit.

Do you own the houses, or are you a booking site?

We own and operate every house on this page. Experience Guide is a Denver group hospitality company, not a broker or a listing site. The homes, the vans and the culinary team are ours, and one team handles your quote and your stay.

Can we stay Monday to Thursday?

Yes. Weekday stays are welcome. Send your dates in the quote form and we will confirm availability.

Is there a minimum stay?

Minimums depend on the house and the dates. We confirm the exact terms in your quote.

Do the houses have a projector or meeting space?

Yes. RiNo Compound, our two-home setup for up to 50, has two projector screens: 120 inches in RiNo Party Palace and 84 inches in RiNo Villa. Each has an HD Epson HomeCinema projector, Polk and Bose speakers and a Yamaha HD receiver. There is also a racetrack conference table in the lower level. The ping pong table also works as a work table for 6 to 8 people.

Can we borrow extra tables, chairs or tents?

Yes. Folding tables, folding chairs, canopy tents and other inventory items are available for complimentary rental.

What can your vans do besides a ride?

Our in-house van fleet runs half-day and full-day team-building excursions and scavenger hunts. We can also coordinate airport pickups. Availability depends on your dates.

What does your culinary team do?

Our in-house culinary team cooks for your group in the house. That includes live-food entertainment, private dinners and events, and customizable menus built around your team. Grocery pre-stocking is also available.

Can you feed the team?

Yes. Our culinary team handles private dinners and live-food events, and we can stock the kitchen with groceries before you arrive.

Who is this for?

Teams attending a conference in Denver, companies planning an offsite, and groups running a team retreat. Groups of 20 to 50 usually fit best.

Are you affiliated with the conference?

No. Experience Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any conference or event. We provide private lodging for teams who attend.

Who handles requests during our stay?

Our own team. We handle check-in and guest requests directly, so you are talking to the people who run the homes.

How do I get pricing?

Submit the quote form with your dates, headcount and priorities. We will send a quote and a Reservation Itinerary for the house we recommend. You can also call (303) 323-1039.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. The largest homes and the busiest weeks go first, especially summer and major Denver conference dates.

Can you plan a team-building day for us?

Yes. Tell us your group size and how long you have, and we will build a half-day or full-day excursion with our vans, with a scavenger hunt or a chef-led meal if you want one.

Let’s get your team under one roof

Send your dates and headcount. We will check availability and come back with the right house. Prefer to talk? Call (303) 323-1039.
