FAQ

Quick answers

Where should a large group stay in Denver?

RiNo (River North) is the best base for most groups. You're walking distance from breweries, murals, and restaurants, and about a mile from Coors Field and LoDo. Experience Guide has private group homes in RiNo and Sunnyside, plus a mountain estate in Evergreen near Red Rocks.

What is the largest group you can host in one place?

The RiNo Compound sleeps up to 50 guests across two neighboring homes rented together as one stay, with 9 bedrooms, 30 beds, and 2 hot tubs.

Is there a minimum stay or group size?

Most weekends require a 3-night minimum and a 12-guest minimum. Shorter stays and smaller groups may be possible depending on dates, so ask when you request a quote.

How old does the person booking need to be?

The responsible renter must be 21 or older with a valid ID and a matching credit card.

What is the best way for a big group to get around Denver?

A chauffeured Sprinter van keeps everyone together and means nobody drives. Experience Guide runs its own shuttle vans and limos for airport runs, nights out, tours, and concerts. For short solo trips, Denver's shared scooters and e-bikes are operated by Veo.

Can you pick our group up from Denver International Airport?

Yes. Our Welcome to Denverโ„ข Experience covers airport pickup with chauffeured transportation straight to your rental. The drive from DIA to RiNo is usually 30 to 40 minutes.

Can we have a private chef cook at our rental?

Yes. Culinary Parties bring a private chef to your rental, with themes like the Ultimate Pizza Party, Baller Brunch, Taste of Italy, and All-American BBQ.

Can we add a bartender, and who provides the alcohol?

You can add a private bartender to any Culinary Party. When the party is at your rental, your group provides the alcohol.

How far is Red Rocks from downtown Denver?

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is roughly a 30 to 45 minute drive from downtown Denver, longer on show nights. Our Red Rocks Artist Retreat in Evergreen is about 10 miles from the venue.

Do you offer transportation and pregame parties for Red Rocks shows?

Yes. We run round-trip Red Rocks shuttle service, and our Red Rocks Lot Parties handle the pregame setup so your group can focus on the show.

Can we walk to bars and restaurants from your homes?

From our RiNo homes, yes. Breweries, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance, and Coors Field is about a mile away. The Red Rocks Artist Retreat is a mountain property, so plan on transportation there.

Is this itinerary good for bachelor and bachelorette parties?

Yes. It's built for celebration trips. Experience Guide also offers dedicated bachelor party packages that bundle lodging, transportation, and chef experiences.

Does this work for corporate retreats or family reunions?

Yes. Swap the late-night stops for a guided tour, a hosted dinner, or a mountain excursion. We plan team retreats and family reunions regularly.

Are your homes cannabis-friendly, and are pets allowed?

Our homes are cannabis-friendly with responsible-use expectations. Tobacco is not allowed inside, and pets are not allowed.

What is the VIP Experience Package?

Direct bookings with 12 or more guests and 3 or more nights may qualify for our complimentary VIP Experience Package, which adds concierge support and group perks to your stay.
