How much does a large group house in Denver cost?
Experience Guide group houses start at $3,195 for a three-night weekday stay. Large homes that sleep up to 30 are $3,750 for three weekday nights or $7,500 for a four-night weekend with the fourth night free. What is the cheapest way to book a Denver group house?

With a full large home of 30 guests, a weekday stay is about $125 per person and a weekend stay is about $250 per person for the whole trip. With a full RiNo Compound of 50 guests, it drops to about $95 per person midweek.
Is the price per person or for the whole house?
Every price on this page is a flat rate for the entire house. Your group can split it however you like. The more people you bring, the lower each person's share.

Your group gets six hours of private chauffeured transportation through the Experience Guide fleet. Use it for one big outing or split it across the trip for nightlife, Red Rocks, breweries, golf or dinner, depending on routing and vehicle availability.
Can we add a private chef or more transportation?
Yes. Our in-house culinary team can bring private meals and interactive food experiences to the house, and extra chauffeured transportation can be added for airport runs, nightlife or mountain trips.
